Support requests are handled typically by your own
support facility which has direct access to all the
facilities required. They may be able to resolve the
issue or they may direct it to the right support area for
resolution. If it is determined that it is an application
problem that cannot be resolved, it can be escalated,
generally to your integration partner, who in turn will have recourse to Octant
Service Center facilities.
Octant's Software Service Center personnel are dedicated to
providing a responsive and quality driven support service.
They have been extensively trained in all aspects of the
Octant product and as they undergo regular training updates,
they possess a high level of up to date Octant expertise. In
addition, they also have priority access to a wide range of
Octant experts throughout Octant Software who can be
assigned to work on Support Requests as required.
In addition to providing support services to customers, the
Octant Software Service Center also provides comprehensive
support to your integration partners and project teams during the
implementation phases of projects as well as in the normal
day-to-day operational life of an Octant based system.
