responsiveness are essential. Projects benefit from personalized, pre-emptive
management services, which prevent project problems,
minimize risk and improve project productivity. The Octant
Support Advisor, an experienced specialist on-site, operates
at a management level and is the conduit for implementation
advice to ensure that Octant issues are identified quickly
and resolved appropriately.

Octant
Standard Support™, a quality program that customers can rely
on at every phase of maintaining their software, is designed
to help customers access support, services and technology
from Octant. Organizations and their IT professionals can
choose to use these benefits when planning, deploying,
managing or upgrading their software with greater confidence
and peace of mind.
